The Challenge
Blair, like many artists and entrepreneurs, had an impressive body of work—but very little visibility. Before our partnership, she posted on social media only 1–2 times per year, making it difficult for new audiences (and even existing followers) to stay connected with her music.
Through our work together, Blair began posting consistently— 10 posts per month. This strategic shift increased her brand awareness, introduced her music to new audiences, and reignited engagement with her current following by finally showing up online.

Transitioning from worship music to Christian Pop, Blair sought a bold new look that matched her evolving sound and “clean” grunge aesthetic. She wanted a website that reflected her professionalism and left room for expansion as she grew in the industry.

Content Creation and Social Media Strategy
To build momentum and stay consistent, we began with a goal of 10 posts per month—a realistic and sustainable starting point for long-term growth, that worked for her.
Though Blair was based in Nashville, TN—outside of the DMV area—we coordinated remotely by outsourcing a trusted local videographer and handling all editing, creative direction, and content strategy in-house.
To empower her creatively, TJM also provided Blair with a custom strategy kit. This allowed her to confidently record iPhone content on her own, taking small but impactful steps toward creating high-quality visuals independently.
Today, Blair has a library of powerful content that not only captures the essence of her music but also reflects her bold and evolving brand.
